About the service
Bocas Pulse is an informational community service for Bocas del Toro. It uses recent community reports and other local information to provide practical updates through WhatsApp. The service is currently in pilot and its features may change as it develops.
Important limitations
Community information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or no longer current. Bocas Pulse is not an emergency service, electricity utility, or government authority. Important, time-sensitive, or safety-critical information should always be verified independently with an appropriate official source.
Your reports and conduct
Submit information honestly and in good faith. Do not use Pulse to spam, harass, mislead, manipulate community information, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or send unlawful or harmful content.
You are responsible for the information you choose to submit and should avoid including personal or sensitive information that is not needed.
Availability and changes
Pulse may add, change, limit, pause, or discontinue features during the pilot. Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or community information, including in response to abuse or misuse.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bocas Pulse is not responsible for losses or harm resulting from reliance on incomplete or inaccurate community information, service interruptions, or decisions made without independent verification. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
